The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the only team sporting a strength of schedule with a .500 average. Their opponents were 127-127 in 2012. They are definitely in the playoff hunt for 2013.

The Buffalo Bills are another intriguing team to watch. They will likely have a new signal caller, and with a .473 opponent win average, the Bills have a quality chance to rack up wins pending some much-needed roster changes

This early in the year, it is very tough to tell who will shine and who will sink. Right now, it’s about laying the projected blueprint on the table and letting the pieces fall into place for whichever teams deserve it.
