Now months away from the free agent frenzy, let’s review the best free agent signings.

RB Reggie Bush, Detroit Lions: The Lions have been lacking a consistent running game in recent years. Bush adds a whole new dimension to the offensive unit. QB Matthew Stafford and WR Calvin Johnson have been beyond productive, and Bush will add defensive distraction with his rushing and receiving capabilities.

S Dashon Goldson/CB Darrelle Revis, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: This combination of these acquisitions will bolster one of league’s worst 2012 pass defenses. This duo has the potential to be one of the finest cornerback/safety combos in the NFL, and will not fail to impress.

DE/OLB Elvis Dumervil, Baltimore Ravens: After losing many key defensive starters, the Ravens added a dominant pass rusher. Recently for the Denver Broncos, Dumervil’s defensive impact was overshadowed by OLB Von Miller. Anyhow, Dumervil has a chance to shine even greater in Baltimore.
