Burning question: will we ever stop talking about this man?

The hype engulfing Washington Redskins QB Robert Griffin III has been more stretched out than his ACL was in January.

RG3’s all set to go for their Week One, Monday Night Football game against the division foe Philadelphia Eagles. ‘Skins HC Mike Shanahan said, “he’s ready to go.”

Recent ACL recoveries have gone strikingly well. Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson crushed the 2000k rushing mark, meanwhile New York Giants CB Terrell Thomas snagged a roster spot despite the fact that he is coming off of a third ACL tear.

RG3’s recovery expectations are no short of Peterson and Thomas’s success, as much as the NFL world denies it. He’s the face of a franchise and a city.

The former Heisman Trophy winner tallied 3200 passing yards, with 20 passing touchdowns, five INTs, 815 rushing yards, and seven rushing touchdowns in 2012.
