The locker room drama has crippled the Miami Dolphins immensely.
Per Jeff Darlington, until investigator Ted Wells finishes the investigation, Miami Dolphins OL Richie Incognito will remain suspended with pay.
Sources: Incognito and Dolphins, with approval of NFL and NFLPA, agree to extend suspension with pay while Ted Wells finishes investigation.

The Dolphins have been under the microscope for all the wrong reasons. Incognito supposedly harassed and bullied fellow ‘Phins OL Jonathan Martin, but the truth will remain unclear until the investigation concludes.
Per Darlington, due to CBA rules, Incognito would not be able to be suspended past four games. The Dolphins’ Sunday game will be Incognito’s fourth. The payment aspect of the suspension enables it to extend.
