Lovie Smith had a lot of success during his tenure with the Chicago Bears.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have hired former Chicago Bears HC Lovie Smith to the same position, per sources.

Smith was fired by Chicago one year ago, despite posting a 10-6 record that season. Smith has a career 83-66 (regular season and postseason combined) and an NFC Title stockpiled in his résumé.
Smith takes over a talented team that features CB Darrelle Revis and LB Lavonte David. Offensively, QB Mike Glennon, a 2013 rookie, appears to be the future signal caller.
Smith was a Linebackers Coach in Tampa Bay from 1996-2000, notably.
