Scouting Combine Review (Monday)

Jadeveon Clowney stole the show on Monday.

DE Jadeveon Clowney clocked a 4.53 40-yard dash. The 6’5 1/2″, 266-pound prospect’s disappointing 21-rep bench press over the weekend was overshadowed by his incredible speed.

LB Khalil Mack registered a 40-inch vertical and a 10’8″ broad jump. The 6’3″, 251-pound prospect is slowly entering the discussion for the first overall pick.

DL Aaron Donald was a stand out in Indianapolis. The 6’1″, 285-pound prospect ran a 4.65 40-yard dash. His athleticism will boost his stock immensely heading into the Draft.

DE/OLB Michael Sam’s 4.91 40-yard dash was part of an average Scouting Combine performance. Sam will need a strong Pro Day performance to boost his stock this Spring.
