Free Agency Day Three Recap

The NFL world is still abuzz.

Decker, Jets Agree: Late Tuesday night, WR Eric Decker signed a lucrative five-year, $36.25 Million contract with the New York Jets. Behind QB Peyton Manning, Decker has surpassed 80 receptions, 1000 yards, and 10 touchdowns in each of the last two seasons.

Saints Trade Sproles: New Orleans Saints RB Darren Sproles has been traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a fifth-round draft pick. In Eagles HC Chip Kelly’s high-octane, spread offense, Sproles will excel in the passing game. Sproles will be most dangerous on screen plays.

Browner, Patriots Agree: The Patriots already bolstered their secondary with the addition of CB Darrelle Revis. With DB Brandon Browner, New England’s secondary has immense potential.
