Jackson is infamous for contract disagreements.
Philadelphia Eagles WR DeSean Jackson’s future with the franchise is bleak.
In 2013, Jackson put up his best season yet. With 82 receptions, 1332 receiving yards, and nine receiving touchdowns (that mark was also reached in 2009), Jackson has established himself as a premier NFL receiver.
New York Jets owner Woody Johnson stated, “if it’s somebody that fits into our locker room and understands that he can fit into our culture at a price we can afford, that we feel is appropriate, then we’d do it.”
Jackson would reunite with former Eagles QB Michael Vick, who recently signed with the Jets.
As of now, Jackson is an Eagle. However, after a fantastic 2013 campaign, the Eagles will receive plenty of phone calls from teams inquiring about their wideout.
