Allen spent the last six years with the Minnesota Vikings, which was preceded by a four-year stint with the Kansas City Chiefs.
In 2013, Allen totaled 52 tackles, 11.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles. Allen is one of the league’s top edge rushers.
Allen is one of two elite pass rushers to swap teams within the NFC North, notably. Former Bears DE Julius Peppers signed with the Green Bay Packers earlier in March.
