Redskins Land DJax

RG3 will have a new favorite target.

The Washington Redskins signed WR DeSean Jackson to a three-year deal.

Jackson was released by the Philadelphia Eagles, an NFC East rival of the Redskins. Jackson will square off against his team twice each regular season.

In 2013, Jackson totaled 82 receptions, 1332 yards, and nine receiving touchdowns, respectively. Jackson’s 2013 campaign was his best thus far in his career.

The elusive wideout will team up with third-year QB Robert Griffin III, a rookie sensation from two years ago. RG3’s second season in the NFL was a disappointing rebound from his debut campaign, notably.

DJax will is a vertical threat and can stretch the top of defenses. His lethal speed and athleticism will benefit the ‘Skins’ offense immensely.
