Haden has established himself as a top-tier cornerback.
CB Joe Haden and the Cleveland Browns agreed to a luxurious contract extension.

As you can see from his tweet, Haden is set to earn $68 Million ($45 Million guaranteed) and is on the roster through 2019. Per Spotrac, Haden will also receive a $14 Million bonus.
Haden, a 2013 Pro Bowler, has locked down opposing receivers since entering the league in 2010. The former Florida Gator was the seventh overall selection in the draft.
Haden’s new deal surpasses Seattle Seahawks CB Richard Sherman’s recent contract extension. Sherman inked a respective four-year, $56 Million deal with an $11 Million bonus a few days ago.
Last week, the Browns selected CB Justin Gilbert eighth overall in the draft. If Gilbert’s athleticism translates smoothly into the NFL, the Browns will have one of the best cornerback tandems in the league.
