Former Steelers HC Noll Passes

Noll was one of the most successful coaches in NFL history.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Chuck Noll passed away at the age of 82 from natural causes.

Noll, the only head coach to win four Super Bowls, was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1993. His teams posted a combined 209-156-1 record.

Noll’s tenure as head coach with Pittsburgh began in 1969 and ended in 1991. He won Super Bowls XIV, XIII, X, and IX during the 23-season span.

Noll acted with superb intangibles and had great character. His classiness, consistency, and Hall of Fame mark will carry his legacy forever.
