Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was named the 2014 AP NFL Most Valuable Player. Rodgers took 31 of the 50 votes. Houston Texans defensive lineman JJ Watt came in second with 13 votes, respectively.
In the regular season, Rodgers completed 341 of 520 attempts (65.8% completion) for 4381 yards, 38 touchdowns, and five interceptions. Rodgers also scored two rushing touchdowns.
The Packers won the NFC North with a 12-4 record and advanced to the NFC Title Game but ultimately fell to the Seattle Seahawks 28-22.
