Graham Traded

The New Orleans Saints traded tight end Jimmy Graham and a fourth round pick in exchange for center Max Unger and a first round pick, per FOX Sports Insider Jay Glazer. The Saints could be a run-heavy, physical offense in 2015. Running back Mark Ingram signed a four-year extension, and with Unger bolstering the offensive line, the Saints are veering toward the run.

The Seahawks could be gearing for the future. Running back Marshawn Lynch’s recent two-year extension could be the last contract he signs if he retires in the near future. With a young quarterback like Russell Wilson, the Seahawks added a premier target.

They probably wish they had him during the goal-line opportunity in the Super Bowl.

Lions Acquire Ngata

After defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Detroit Lions traded a fourth and fifth round pick to the Baltimore Ravens for DT Haloti Ngata and a seventh round pick, per Adam Schefter. Ngata stands at a 6’4″, 335-pound frame, and will help shore up the trenches after Suh left.

Rams, Eagles Flop QB’s

The St. Louis Rams traded quarterback Sam Bradford and a fifth round pick to the Philadelphia Eagles for QB Nick Foles, a fourth round pick, and a second round pick, according to Adam Schefter. The Eagles may be gearing for a run at QB Marcus Mariota in the draft, but this trade was questioned by many, including Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders.

Revis Returns

Adam Schefter tweeted that CB Darrelle Revis signed with the New York Jets. Revis was drafted by the Jets in 2007, and was with the team through 2012. He played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2013, and won a Super Bowl with the New England Patriots last season.
