Romo Takes Pay Cut

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo agreed to restructure his contract. This move freed up $13 Million in cap space.

Romo’s 2014 season was one of the best in his career. He was completed 304 of 435 of his passes (69.9% completion) for 3705 yards, 34 touchdowns, and nine interceptions.

The Cowboys could be trying to create enough cap space to trade for Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson. If they don’t land AP, they have the cap space to add a few more free agents and bolster their roster.
