He’s Back

The Philadelphia Eagles will sign quarterback Tim Tebow on Monday, according to FOX Insider Jay Glazer. Glazer also tweeted that Tebow will be the Eagles’ fourth quarterback for the team’s offseason program.

Tebow was a first round pick of the Denver Broncos in 2010. He won a playoff game with the team as Tebowmania swept the nation. He played with the New York Jets in 2012, and with the New England Patriots prior to being released before the 2013 season.

In college, Tebow played for the Florida Gators and won a Heisman in 2007.

Recently, Tebow has been an analyst for ESPN’s SEC Network and a contributor to Good Morning America.

While it will be very hard for Tebow to emerge from a crowded depth chart and make the regular season roster, it’s a great opportunity to return to the NFL and show improvements in throwing mechanics.
