The Green Bay Packers announced that wide receiver Jordy Nelson will miss the 2015 season because of a significant knee injury.
The Packers were playing the Pittsburgh Steelers in a preseason game when Nelson caught a pass and fell awkwardly without contact.

During the 2014 regular season, Nelson hauled in 98 receptions, 1519 yards, and 13 touchdowns. Nelson’s productivity will be hard to replace, but having quarterback Aaron Rodgers, running back Eddie Lacy, and WR’s Randall Cobb, Davante Adams, and Ty Montgomery can only help.
