During the Kansas City Chiefs’s 18-17 loss to the Chicago Bears, Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles suffered a non-contact knee injury.
Following the game, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said that preliminary results indicate that Charles suffered a torn ACL. An MRI is scheduled for Monday.
The Chiefs were leading 17-3 when Charles suffered an injury. Without Charles, the Chiefs gave up their lead, and the Bears scored two touchdowns in the final minutes of the fourth quarter.
