Report: Colts’ Luck Dealing With Broken Ribs

Entering this season, the Indianapolis Colts were considered Super Bowl contenders. However, the Colts have not played at the level many expected them to.

Star quarterback Andrew Luck hasn’t looked like himself at this point in the season. Luck missed two games with an injury, and is 1-4 as a starter. He has completed only 56% of his passes for 1398 yards, 11 touchdowns, and nine picks. He’s been sacked 12 times, and has a QBR of 38.25, the lowest of his career.

According to FOX Sports Insider Jay Glazer, Luck has been playing with multiple fractured ribs. Glazer also noted that this injury significantly affects quarterbacks’ throwing motions.

Luck and the 3-4 Colts will play the Carolina Panthers on Monday Night Football.
