“Pot Roast” Joins Patriots

Defensive tackle Terrance Knighton, also known as “Pot Roast,” signed with the New England Patriots. The one-year deal is reportedly worth $4.5 Million.

Pot Roast chose the Patriots over re-signing with the Washington Redskins. He played with the Redskins in 2015. The Jacksonville Jaguars drafted him in the third round out of Temple in 2009. Knighton played with the Jags until 2013, when he signed with the Denver Broncos. Knighton was a Bronco for two seasons, and he was a part of the conference-winning team in 2013.

Knighton is listed at 6’3″, 354 pounds. He is a force in the trenches and will help the Patriots solidify their defensive line.
